ST ANDREW, Jamaica — A man was shot by police a short while ago during a reported operation at the intersection of Barbican Road and Russell Heights in St Andrew.
Police on the scene are tight lipped regarding the incident but residents are claiming that the man was shot in cold blood.
It is unclear if the man has succumbed to his injury but he was just whisked away from the scene in an unmarked police vehicle.
Residents claim that about 11:30am the man was in his underwear in a room watching television when he was attacked by the police. They also allege that the man was threatened by the cops a few days ago.
