Monday, August 12, 2013 | 10:22 AMKINGSTON, Jamaica — Riley will be Jamaica’s sole representative in the men’s sprint hurdle final after placing fourth in a quick semi final to progress on time Tuesday.The Russian Sergey Shubenkov was first in 13.17 seconds, followed by David Oliver and Ryan Wilson of the United States in 13.18 and 13.20 seconds respectively.
