Friday, August 23, 2013 | 11:41 AMST CATHERINE, Jamaica — Seventy-six-year-old Vendel Blake, otherwise called ‘Lloyde’ of 1 North, Greater Portmore, St Catherine has been missing since August 21.Blake is of dark complexion, medium build, about five-feet-seven-inches tall and walks with a limp.The Kingston Central police reported that Blake was last seen about 12 noon at the South Parade bus terminus in downtown Kingston.
