Int"ll Seabed Authority assembly holds minute of silence for Spain train crash

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The 142nd Assembly of the International Seabed Authority now underway in Kingston, Jamaica observed a moment of silence in solidarity with the Spanish delegation for the train crash which claimed 80 lives Wednesday night.President of the Assembly Ambassador Vladimir Polenov moved the motion at the start of the meeting this morning.The crash, which occurred near the holy city of Santiago de Compostela on the eve of the feast of St James, has been described as the worst of its kind in Spain in the last 40 years.
