Forty-two-year-old Andrew Dawkins of Edgewater, Portmore, St Catherine, has been missing since Saturday, June 14.
He is of a dark complexion, medium build, and is about 160 centimetres (5 feet 3 inches) tall.
Reports from the Spanish Town police are that Dawkins was last seen at the Spanish Town Hospital about 8 p.m. dressed in a cream t-shirt, black pants, and a pair of black shoes. He has not been seen or heard from since.
All subsequent efforts to contact him have so far proven futile, the police said.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Andrew Dawkins is being asked to contact the Spanish Town police at 984-2305, the police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
