Tuesday, December 31, 2013 | 3:33 PMWESTMORELAND, Jamaica — A 16-year-old student was taken into custody in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man in Bethel Town, Westmoreland, Tuesday evening. The police have identified the deceased as 32-year-old Jerome Wilson, unemployed, of Charlesmont, Belvediere, also in the parish.Reports are that about 5:00 pm Wilson and the student were involved in an altercation when a knife was brought into play.Wilson was stabbed and later pronounced dead at hospital.The Bethel Town police are investigating.
