Sunday, July 07, 2013 | 9:17 AMKINGSTON, Jamaica — Two wards of the state, 15-year-old Monique Turner and Alicia Pryce, 16 of the Windsor Lodge Children’s Home, have been reported missing.Monique of Cedar Grove, Mandeville has been missing since Thursday, July 4.She is brown complexion, medium build and about 4-feet-8-inches tall.Alicia of Cascade, St Ann has also been missing since Thursday, July 4.She is dark complexion, slim build and about 165 centimetres (5 feet 5 inches) tall.Reports received from the Williamsfield Police are that both Alicia and Monique were seen at about 8:00 pm at the Children’s Home.
