28 July 2013 Last updated at 04:45 ET An elderly woman has died in a house fire in Angus.
Firefighters were called to the address on Warddykes Avenue, Arbroath, at about 20:15 on Saturday.
Fire crews in breathing apparatus quickly found the 81-year-old woman but she had died from the effects of the fire.
A Scottish Fire Service spokesman said the fire was contained in one room. An investigation is ongoing but there are no suspicious circumstances.
