Monday, July 08, 2013 | 1:27 PMKINGSTON, Jamaica — Broadcaster Wayne White and his co-accused Safari Farr were Monday morning sentenced to 14 years each in the High court division of the gun court.Wright and Farr were charged for shooting and injuring Jody-Ann Gray at her Portmore home last year.It is reported that Gray was about to exit her car when she was pounced on by a man who shot her in her face and arm.The man escaped in a waiting motor car driven by Whyte that was intercepted by the police.Gray who allegedly had an intimate relationship with Whyte was pregnant at the time of the shooting.Last month, Whyte and Farr pleaded guilty to wounding with intent and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition when they appeared in the Gun Court.The sentencing of both men, who have been in custody since April 2012, was postponed from Friday.Like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/jamaicaobserverFollow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/JamaicaObserver
