Monday, July 08, 2013 | 4:14 PMMANCHESTER, Jamaica — An Ananda Alert has been activated for 17-year-old Philesha Powell, otherwise called ‘Phil’ of Lincoln district, Manchester, She has been missing since Sunday, July 7.Philesha is of brown complexion, slim build and about 5-feet-3-inches tall.The Mandeville Police report that Philesha was last seen at home about 6:00 pm. Her mode of dress at the time she went missing is unknown.Anyone knowing Philesha’s whereabouts is being asked to contact the Mandeville Police at 961-5538-5, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station. No photograph of Philesha was available at the time of this publication.
