5 Ways to Turn Your Passion Into Profit Using Facebook

Turning your Passion into Profit can be extremely challenging, especially when you’re not sure what resources to use to make that happen. A few years after I finally started making money from my Passion, I had to face a harsh reality. What was in my heart and what was in my bank account didn’t match and I couldn’t withdraw from that passion in my heart to even put gas in my car. This was difficult to face, but I knew if I didn’t pursue my Passion I would spend the rest of my life unfulfilled, always wondering what if, and worst of all, living a life of regret.

The hardest reality about passion aside from the process to profit from it, is getting your loved ones to “buy in” and support you. Those who are closest to you might not support you fully, only because they want to protect you. They think it won’t work therefore they want you to avoid the pain by not pursuing it and suggest doing something a little more safe. It’s not personal, but taking risk, just might not be their style. However, when you can go to a community where people aren’t so close to you, but will encourage your idea, as well as, pay you for it if you’re connected to the right people, this is when turning your Passion into Profit becomes a reality and no longer a wish. Facebook is like a bank with unlimited withdrawal potential for turning your Passion into Profit. These 5 ways will get you started, keep you going, and get your profits coming in from your passion.

1. Proactively go out and find your market.

Go to Facebook pages/groups that are related to your passion and see what people are talking about. Make sure these pages have at least 1,000 or more followers. What’s even more important is finding groups where people are actively engaged and commenting. This gives you an idea of how you can engage these same people, using similar topics and discussions.

2. Connect with your prospects around their pain.

Put up posts that are connected to your client’s pain directly, as well as indirectly. Imagine your ideal client and write a post directly to them. Ex. Are you tired of… ? I just helped my client get 1,2,3. I love helping my clients get these types of results.

Here are two examples of a great starter post: Are you tired of… ? If you could… what/where would… ?

Ask questions like, when was the last time you went on vacation and didn’t worry about money?

3. Share the vision you have for your clients with your clients.

There is an ideal life your clients want to have and your goal is to help them get it. Get them to think about if they could magically travel anywhere in the world, where would they go. Some people will actually comment, but some potential buyers won’t but they’re still watching. The key here is to get them to associate what they really want, to you helping them get it.

4. Share success stories of people you have helped that are just like them.

Example: Two days ago a client of mine said I helped him make an extra $1,217 a month, but more importantly, I saved his life. This is why I do what I do! This shows who you are and how they can benefit from what you provide.

If you could share something about how this person has two children, just lost their job, or just came out of a nasty divorce that drained them of everything, others might identify on a deeper level who have also been in these situations. Being specific increases your success!

5. Target and follow up with your ideal clients consistently.

Consistency is critical to successfully engage and influence potential clients from Facebook to give you their hard earned money. There are several ways to do this, but commenting on posts from only those who you want to do business with has been proven to be most effective! This lets them know you’re thinking of them and you’re actually interested in what they’re interested in, which instantly builds rapport and likability.

To take this to another level, after you’ve commented on at least five of their posts, send them a private message letting them know you’re doing a limited number of FREE consultations and you want them to be one of those few.

If you implement these 5 tips, turning your Passion into Profit will soon be a reality!
