Saturday, June 29, 2013 | 4:03 PMKINGSTON, Jamaica — Prime Minister Portia Simpson is scheduled to leave the island today (Saturday, June 29) to attend a PetroCaribe Summit in Managua, Nicaragua.She will be accompanied by Dr Carlton Davis, special advisor; Onika Miller, Permanent Secretary OPM and Dr Deborah Hickling, a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister said.The Summit will focus primarily on the PetroCaribe Energy Cooperation Agreement and new initiatives to strengthen its operations, the OPM said.
