THE murder case against Christopher ‘Dog Paw’ Linton and his two co-accused will again be mentioned in the Home Circuit Court on July 12.The case will be mentioned for the attorneys of Linton’s co-accused to be served with outstanding documents before a trial date is set.The new mention date was set yesterday when Linton, Yannick Ellis and Donald Allen appeared in court over the killing of a family in Bedward Gardens, August Town, St Andrew, in 2010.Also yesterday, Dianne Jobson, Linton’s attorney, complained to the court that her client has been in custody since January 2011 and that the matter has been on and off the trial list ever since. She asked for the setting of an early trial date.Linton — who was listed among Jamaica’s most wanted men before his capture — Ellis and Allen are accused of invading the home of the family and shooting them before setting the house on fire.Dead are 49-year-old bus driver Mornest Hylton; 31-year-old Dania Forbes and six-year-old Jahame McKay. The bodies were burnt beyond recognition.
