MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Peter Bunting has announced that he will be stepping down as general secretary of the ruling People’s National Party (PNP) as soon as a replacement is found.
Bunting, the national security minister and Member of Parliament for Manchester Central, made the announcement Sunday at the PNP’s National Executive Council meeting at Manchester High School.
