Wednesday, September 11, 2013Director of Mystic Mountain, Mike Drakulich, gets ready to send off Digicel’s Joy Clark, Head of Business in the West in the bobsled at the Mystic Mountain Rainforest in Ocho Rios, St Ann. After consulting with Digicel Business, Mystic Mountain implemented several custom-made solutions geared at overcoming their communication challenges and improve network coverage on all areas of the densely wooded property. The fully-scalable solution includes a state-of-the-art smart PBX system with least-cost routing, a closed user group (CUG) for employees of the business, IP surveillance in both the parking lot and on the mountain as well as a Wi-Fi solution at Mystic Ridge that provides Internet for hotel guests. Drakulich said that Mystic Mountain was also able to save up to 30 per cent on its communication costs. Mystic Mountain goes with Digicel
