Red Stripe has announced that it will be hiring more employees through its joint venture distribution company, Celebrations Brand.
Red Stripe set up the company with Pepsi Jamaica last year.
Cedric Blair, Managing Director of Red Stripe, disclosed on Thursday that, since the company’s inception, it has created 200 more jobs than were available in the separate distribution companies of Pepsi and Red Stripe. He said many more will be created in the next few years, additional distribution centres to be reopened. The expansion is part of plans for Red Stripe to double its business in Jamaica over the next four years.
