There’s more good news for Jamaica’s mining sector as the price of aluminium has reached near an 18-month peak.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price yesterday increased US$16 to US$2,113 a tonne.
Aluminium prices, which have gained 13% over the past two months, have been supported recently by one investor holding a large position of inventories.
