Despite the addition of new routes and rising gas prices, the bus company, Knutsford Express, managed to contain fuel costs at 19.5% of revenue during its 2013/2014 financial year.
The company, in its just released annual report, said revenues grew by 59% to $323 million.
Net profit grew by 43%, from $35 million to $50 million.
