Monday, December 30, 2013 | 3:36 PMKINGSTON, Jamaica — A mechanic was crushed to death Sunday after a vehicle he was repairing fell on him at Whitehall Avenue in St Andrew.The dead man has been identified as 44-year-old Clive Lewis of Mannings Hill Road.Police report that minutes after 10:00 am Lewis had propped up a Subaru Justy and was in the process of effecting repairs under the vehicle when two blocks that he used as support crumbled under the weight of the car which fell on top of him.He died before residents could use their muscle power to remove the vehicle off him.— Karyl Walker
